Graduate Behaviour Mentor – September Start

We are looking for a confident, empathetic graduate who is considering a career in education and has the patience and resilience to support students with their behaviour, ensuring they are receiving the best possible education. This role is ideal for a resilient, dedicated and passionate individual who wants to remove barriers to learning for students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

• Support students in KS3–KS4 to regulate their emotions
• Use on‑site physical activities such as gym sessions to support behaviour
• Work in Manchester mainstream secondary schools
• Support pupils on a 1:1 and in small groups
• Work with pupils who have additional needs such as Autism and SEMH
• Work Monday–Friday during school hours, term time only
• Obtain DBS checks and receive safeguarding and other training

• Experience or knowledge supporting children with SEN and/or SEMH needs
• Very patient and empathetic
• Confident and enthusiastic, with a love of learning
