Child Psychology Graduate – Primary School SEND Support (Full‑time)

Aspire People are currently recruiting graduates to support pupils within primary schools, particularly those with SEND, SEMH, Autism, ADHD, and additional learning needs. This role provides invaluable hands‑on experience for graduates considering careers in educational psychology, therapy, teaching, mental health, social work, or progression towards becoming a SENCO.

• Support pupils with additional learning and emotional needs.
• Work alongside teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies.
• Deliver 1:1 and small‑group interventions.
• Support emotional regulation and communication development.
• Build positive relationships with pupils and families where appropriate.
• Encourage confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.

• Degree in Child Psychology, Psychology, or a related subject.
