Level 3 Teaching Assistant – EYFS Full-Time (September 2026)

Aspire People is partnering with a welcoming primary school to recruit an experienced Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their Early Years team from September 2026.

• Support teaching and learning within Nursery or Reception
• Deliver small-group and 1:1 interventions to support early development
• Assist with phonics, early maths, communication, and language activities
• Encourage learning through play and child‑led activities
• Support children's social, emotional, and personal development
• Work closely with the class teacher and wider EYFS team

• Holds a Level3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Has recent experience (within the last 2 years) working in a UK primary school
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework
• Experience delivering targeted interventions
• Patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
