The school is seeking a compassionate and patient individual who has recent experience supporting pupils with additional needs and is committed to helping every child achieve their full potential. • Providing 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND
• Supporting children with Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs, and communication difficulties
• Delivering targeted interventions to support learning and development
• Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and external professionals
• Helping pupils access the curriculum with confidence

• Recent experience working within a UK primary school in the last 2 years
• Experience supporting children with SEND
• Calm, patient, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Passionate about inclusive education
