You will work closely with students, parents/carers, curriculum staff, and external agencies to design and implement tailored support strategies. Through proactive mentoring and skill‑building sessions, you will contribute to a culture of high expectations and inclusive practice across the College.

How You'll Make an Impact

  • Delivering one‑to‑one and small group study skills sessions, both on‑site and online, using appropriate assistive technologies.
  • Collaborating with curriculum staff and support services to ensure inclusive teaching and assessment strategies are embedded.
  • Monitoring, reviewing, and reporting on students’ progress and support impact through accurate record‑keeping and quality data.
  • Supporting transition and assessment processes for new and existing students with support needs.
  • Contributing to quality improvement processes and sharing best practices to promote inclusive learning across the College.
