We Are Looking For:
Deputy or Assistant Headteachers/ SENCOs

* Proven leadership experience within SEND, specialist or mainstream education

* Strong understanding of curriculum development, safeguarding and school improvement

* Passion for driving outstanding outcomes for pupils with additional needs

* Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and EHCP processes

* Ability to work collaboratively with families, external agencies and school staff
