Bracknell Forest Council is seeking an Access to Education HLTA to support pupils unable to attend school due to medical or other needs. The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, term-time only at Braccan Walk Youth Centre, Bracknell, with attendance five days a week as timetabled.
You will deliver tailored tuition, promote engagement and wellbeing, and assist pupils reintegrating into education, while working with families and practitioners to meet individual needs.
