B&FC are recruiting for a Community & Transition Coach to join our Student Services Team. To provide targeted transition support for Year 11 applicants and new students at risk of non-progression, non-enrolment, NEET or early withdrawal, using RAG-rated caseload management, partnership working and practical intervention to support successful enrolment, engagement and retention through Term 1.
