Contract: Full-Time Monday to Friday 8:15am - 3:00pm
Duration: September 2026 to Christmas 2026 Potential Extension / Permanent Opportunity
Pay: 160- 225 per day (dependent on experience)
Empowering Learning are working in partnership with a welcoming secondary school in Oldham to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated QTS ICT Teacher for a full-time position starting in September.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a supportive ICT department from September through to Christmas
, with the possibility of an extension and the chance to become permanent for the right candidate
.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging and inspiring ICT lessons to students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, creating a positive learning environment where all pupils are encouraged to develop their digital skills, knowledge and confidence.
The Successful Candidate Will Have:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching ICT across KS3 and KS4
; - Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A genuine passion for ICT and inspiring young people.
- The ability to plan, deliver and assess high-quality lessons.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to engage and motivate students through practical and effective teaching.
- An Enhanced DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
- Two professional references covering your recent employment.
- The right to work in the UK.
- Competitive daily pay of 160 to 225 per day
