B&FC are recruiting for a Senior Higher Education Learning Mentor to join our Student Services Team. To support the operation, innovation, monitoring and evaluation of HELM practice for each HE student and apprentice to secure consistently personalised support, progress and positive onward progression.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' academic journey while developing your own expertise in coaching and study skills support. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team, working closely with students, apprentices, and colleagues across the institution to ensure learners thrive in Higher Education.
