Axcis Education are currently recruiting for a teaching assistant to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and committed individual who is passionate about supporting children and helping them achieve their full potential.
The Role- Supporting pupils with their learning and development.
- Working alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging activities.
- Providing one-to-one and small-group support where required.
- Helping create a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Supporting pupils with their social and emotional development.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement.
- Assisting with classroom organisation and general school duties.
- Passionate about working with children.
- Patient, caring and approachable.
- Reliable, enthusiastic and professional.
- Able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- Confident working as part of a team.
- Previous experience working with children is desirable.
- Applicants must have both a Child DBS and Adult DBS registered on the Update Service.
- Relevant experience within a school, nursery, college, care setting or similar environment would be advantageous.
