The Role:- Delivering engaging lessons across the primary curriculum
- Planning and adapting lessons to meet pupil needs
- Supporting positive behaviour and classroom routines
- Assessing pupil progress and providing feedback
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
- Working with teaching assistants and wider school staff
- Supporting pupils with different abilities and learning needs
- Maintaining high expectations for behaviour and attainment
- Holds QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
- Has recent experience teaching within a primary school
- Strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
- Confident classroom management skills
- Able to adapt quickly to different school environments
- Reliable, professional, and enthusiastic
- Passionate about supporting pupil progress
- Daily supply, short-term, long-term, and permanent roles
