We are seeking an outstanding teacher to join the School of English, Languages and Classics as Course Leader for A Level Spanish. The successful candidate will also act as Curriculum Improvement Team Leader. This is a fixed-term maternity post until August 2027.

• Design and deliver creative and impactful lessons using a student-centred approach to learning.
• Ensure planning documentation is completed to a high standard.
• Lead rigorous reviews of quality, including those relating to student voice, and ensure swift interventions where necessary.
• Work closely with the Modern Foreign Languages team to drive forward best practice.

• A degree in a relevant subject area.
• A proven track record of delivering A Level Spanish to a high standard.

• Salary up to £51,691 per annum, plus up to £1,226 per annum for Course Leadership. Competitive benefits package, including up to £14,825 per annum in employer pension contributions.
