Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mechanical Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

• Manage the operation and maintenance of mechanical systems, including boilers, ventilation, water systems, CHP plant and compressors.
• Diagnose faults and failures in mechanical services and restore systems quickly to maintain business continuity
• Lead the development and delivery of planned maintenance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure high-quality service delivery
• Contribute to long-term maintenance planning, risk assessments, and technical documentation

• Qualified in Mechanical or Plant Maintenance, or Building Services Engineering
• Significant experience of building services engineering and maintenance management (or equivalent)
• Strong technical knowledge of modern mechanical systems and compliance standards
• Knowledge of BMS and CAFM systems or similar systems
• Full UK driving licence
