Salary: £56,766 + dependent on experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain the Türkiye IMS in line with BAE Systems standards and contractual obligations.
• Collaboration with key stakeholders (internal & external) as well as multi-functional ensuring all work scope is captured.
• Integrate supplier and subcontractor schedules into the overall program plan
• Track progress against baseline schedules, identify variances, and recommend recovery actions.
• Conduct schedule risk analysis using industry-standard tools and techniques.
• Champion best practices in scheduling and planning processes.

Your skills and experiences:

• Proven experience in Master Scheduling
• Excellent analytical and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders (internal & external as well as multi-functional).
• Professional PM Qualification or qualified by experience
• Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset.
• Strong knowledge of Open Plan Professional (OPP) & MS Project
• Understanding and analysis of Earned Value Management (EVM).

The Turkiye – Project Control Team:

As a Master Scheduler for Türkiye Project Office, you will play a critical role in supporting the Türkiye Contract Organisation in the delivery of a world-class military aircraft program by developing, build and maintenance of the Türkiye Integrated Master Schedule (IMS). You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders (internally & externally) ensuring schedule integrity multi-functionally across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain activities, providing visibility and actionable insights to meet customer commitments, including UK MoD and TMoND requirements.

Day to Day you will report directly into the TPO Project Control Manager .
