Continuous Improvement Engineer

If you live for optimising processes and love making things better — this is your role. From rethinking factory layouts to driving operator training and improving fixtures, you'll lead multiple improvement projects that directly impact efficiency and profitability.

• Identifying and executing CI initiatives across manufacturing operations
• Leading projects in areas such as layout, tooling, training, and workflow
• Championing a culture of continuous improvement across the shop floor

• A strong background in manufacturing - aerospace experience is a bonus, not a must
• Hands‑on knowledge of processes like machining, sheet metal, or fabrication preferred
• Engineering qualifications are helpful, but relevant experience is key
• A proactive mindset and a real passion for process improvement
