Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Buyer to join a high-profile infrastructure project in the North West, supporting the procurement of materials and subcontract packages across a major programme. Working within a fast-paced project environment, you’ll support sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and procurement delivery to ensure best value and successful project outcomes.
Responsibilities- Procure materials and subcontract packages across a major programme.
- Support sourcing, supplier management, negotiations, and procurement delivery to ensure best value and successful project outcomes.
- Previous Buyer experience essential
- Experience procuring materials and subcontract packages
- Background within construction, engineering, or infrastructure projects
- Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
- Commercially focused with excellent communication skills
- CIPS qualified or working towards desirable
- Opportunity to work on a major North West project
