Pioneer Selection is seeking an Engineering Shift Team Leader for its state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Blackpool, Lancashire. The role offers competitive remuneration, with a base salary of £63,000 and OTE of £72,000+. You will be responsible for fault-finding and maintenance on production machinery, contributing to a fast-paced environment.
