£35,000 - £37,500 (OTE £45k - £55k) + 39 Hour week + Van + Door to Door Pay + Benefits

Are you a time‑served Plant or Agricultural Engineer Apprentice, Junior Engineer or similar looking for career progression opportunities, expert training and an autonomous, field‑based position offering guaranteed overtime and a local patch?

In this role you will be servicing, repairing and maintaining a wide range of Plant and Agricultural machinery around the North West coast. You will receive expert, manufacturer accredited training on this company’s core machinery to become a fully independent and autonomous Field Engineer. There are progression opportunities into supervisory positions and even depot management for highly motivated employees.

• Attend breakdowns at client sites, carrying out service and repairs on plant / agricultural equipment
• Carry out routine maintenance, examinations and fault finding
• Work a local patch around Lancaster with door-to-door pay and occasional staying away
• Monday to Friday, 39 Hour week, Overtime 1.5x

• Time‑served Apprentice, Junior Engineer or similar
• Plant or Agricultural Machinery Background
• UK Driver’s Licence
