Winsearch is seeking an Engineering Supervisor for an East Lancashire FMCG site. The role leads the engineering function, manages a multi-skilled team and drives maintenance, compliance and continuous improvement to maximise uptime and minimise disruption.
The successful candidate will oversee planned maintenance, breakdown response, contractor management and site projects, while controlling budgets and reporting on performance and spend.
