Victrex is seeking a talented Mechanical Engineer to join our Hillhouse-based engineering team, focusing on complex manufacturing assets, reliability, safety, and performance. You will lead improvement projects and support asset management strategies across critical plant equipment.
You will provide specialist mechanical engineering support to maintenance and production teams, coach technicians and apprentices, and develop standards while ensuring site-wide compliance.
