A Fantastic Opportunity:Assistant Quantity Surveyor
To support the Commercial team in maintaining strong commercial controls by managing the commercial performance of term contractors across allocated programmes, projects and fault-related works. The role ensures full compliance with contractual obligations, statutory requirements and commercial best practice, safeguarding value for money and supporting effective project delivery.
The successful candidate must, at the start of employment have permission to work in the UK without sponsorship.
What we’re looking forWe welcome applications from individuals with diverse backgrounds and experiences who meet the following criteria:
- Bachelors Degree - in Quantity Surveying (preferable)
- Construction experience - experience of construction environments and operations
- Valuation and measurement - ability to understand and resolve valuation and measurement issues to final account
- Workload management - able to prioritise workload and manage high volume activity
- Framework management - experience managing low value, high volume frameworks; experience with high value, multi disciplined project frameworks advantageous
- Numerical accuracy - high level of numerical accuracy
- Communication outputs - strong written and verbal communication for technical and contractual documentation
- Driving licence
