Are you an experienced engineering leader ready to step into a senior technical role? A leading FM organisation is seeking a Senior Technical Services Manager to lead Hard FM and engineering delivery across a complex operational estate.
The Role You’ll:- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary engineering team.
- Oversee PPM, reactive maintenance and technical operations.
- Ensure statutory, contractual and H&S compliance.
- Manage engineering performance, competency and safe systems of work.
- Resolve complex technical issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Manage specialist contractors and build strong stakeholder relationships.
- Strong Hard FM, engineering or technical services management experience.
- Proven experience directly managing and developing engineers.
- Strong knowledge of statutory compliance and engineering standards.
- Experience with in complex, critical operational environments.
- A mechanical, electrical or building services background.
- PFI/PPP experience would be advantageous.
- Up to £65,000
- Company vehicle or car allowance
- 5% bonus
- Private medical insurance
- Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
