6-12 Months An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Interim Finance Controller to join a growing and dynamic organisation. This role is ideal for a senior finance professional who can step in quickly, take ownership of financial operations, and deliver strategic insight during a key period.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day-to-day finance function and ensuring smooth operations Producing timely and accurate management accounts, reports, and dashboards Managing month-end and year-end processes, including reconciliations and accruals Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal policies Identifying opportunities to improve processes, systems, and financial controls Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning Acting as a trusted finance partner to senior leadership Providing guidance and support to junior finance team members Candidate Profile:
Proven experience in a senior finance position, preferably as a Finance Controller or Senior Accountant Strong technical accounting expertise and experience with management reporting Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities Confident presenting complex financial information to senior stakeholders Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments Proficiency with Excel and accounting/ERP systems Highly organised, proactive, and able to drive key financial initiatives Why Join:
