An exciting opportunity has arisen at Onelsc within East Lancashire Hospitals NHS Trust and we are looking to recruit a Senior Divisional Finance Manager for the Medicine & Emergency Care (MEC) Division. This role is pivotal to the Division and the Finance Department, providing financial leadership, advice, training and support to ensure the achievement of financial targets and reporting requirements.
Responsibilities- Provide financial leadership to the Division, including Clinical Directors, Divisional Director of Operations and Directorate Managers.
- Deliver internal and external reporting requirements, enabling managers to provide an efficient and effective service within the resources available.
- Encompass financial performance management, business planning and efficiencies.
- Presentation at interview – information to be sent prior to the interview.
- CCAB qualified accountant with experience of working closely with Divisional Directors, Clinicians, Directorate Managers and budget holders.
- Excellent communicator, team player, enjoys a challenge and is motivated by financial continual improvements.

The Department is both FSD and FFF level 3 accredited, showing our commitment to being a leading edge Finance Function that supports the wider improvement of the North West finance system and influences local and national strategy.
