Management Accountant

We are looking for a driven and detail‑oriented Management Accountant to join our growing finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified or nearly qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) who is looking to take the next step in their career within a dynamic, data‑driven environment.

You’ll play a key role in delivering high‑quality financial insight, taking ownership of management reporting, supporting month‑end close, partnering with stakeholders, and supporting business decision‑making.

• Prepare and deliver monthly management accounts
• Deliver variance analysis and insightful commentary
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Analyse large and complex datasets to provide actionable business insights
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions
• Work closely with operational teams to understand performance drivers
• Support with business partnering
• Assist in improving reporting processes and systems
• Deliver balance sheet reconciliations and ensure robust financial controls
• Contribute to ad hoc analysis and projects as required

• Qualified or nearly qualified (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• 3–5 years’ experience in a management accounting or similar finance role
• Strong analytical skills with experience handling large volumes of data
• Strong commercial awareness and experience in business partnering
• Proactive, driven, organized and excellent communication skills with various levels of stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, commercially focused environment

• A first stage phone call with the internal talent acquisition team (15‑minute call)
• A face‑to‑face interview at the Blackpool office with the hiring managers (45 minutes – 1 hour)

• £35,000 - £55,000 DOE
  , + up to 20% of your annual salary, paid as a bonus.
