Axon Moore is delighted to be partnering with a successful and growing organisation to recruit an Accounts Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity to join a supportive finance team in a varied role where you will gain exposure across all aspects of transactional finance while contributing to the smooth running of the finance function.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring financial information is processed accurately and efficiently. This position would suit an experienced Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or someone looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced finance environment.

• Accounts Payable - invoicing and payments
• Accounts Receivable - invoicing and credit control
• Resolving stakeholder queries
• Bank reconciliations
• Processing expenses
• Assisting with cashflow forecasting
• Process improvement within AP and AR
• Assisting with ad-hoc duties

• Previous experience within a similar finance position
• Enthusiastic team player with a positive, hardworking approach
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel
• Excellent attention to detail
• Well organised and self-motivated
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Adaptable and flexible nature

• Starting salary up to £30,000 DOE
