Are you a CTA qualified Senior Tax Manager or Associate Director, with extensive advisory experience across both corporate and private client tax? A large independent firm of chartered accountants is looking to strengthen their tax department with a Senior Tax Advisory Manager to head up their advisory portfolio.

The firm has a client base that rivals the Top 20 so they can provide the same breadth of work but with family friendly hours! You will work closely with the Tax Partners, taking responsibility for tax advisory projects from beginning to end. You will have excellent client facing skills and will also assist with business development initiatives and delivering presentations as required.

The scope of work is diverse and challenging and will include:
Corporate reconstructions: demergers, creating group structures. MBO's, buying and selling companies, cash extraction techniques using personal investment companies, share incentive schemes, IHT / Estate Planning, protecting cash / property from trade risk, remuneration planning and succession planning.
