Corporate Tax Senior Manager- Why This Role Exists
Due to continued growth, the tax team needs an experienced Corporate Tax Manager to join a well-established and supportive team, managing a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and providing high-quality advisory and compliance services.
Corporate Tax Senior Manager- Responsibilities Portfolio management
- Manage a portfolio of corporate clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger corporate groups
- Oversee corporate tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate return submissions and advising on payments including quarterly instalments
- Manage WIP and the billing process across your portfolio
- Advise on tax planning opportunities, including corporate structuring, R&D tax relief and capital allowances
- Provide support on complex tax advisory projects, tax due diligence, share valuations and international tax matters
- Liaise with HMRC on behalf of clients and manage tax risk and compliance matters
- Develop and mentor junior team members, supporting their technical and professional growth
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as a key point of contact for tax matters
- Stay up to date with tax legislation and ensure assignments are completed within budget
- Requirements
- ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified
- Minimum of 5 years' corporation tax experience in professional practice
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience managing client relationships and handling a portfolio independently
- Ability to mentor and support junior team members

Negotiable DOE
