Our client is a recognised and prominent property company based in the North West

• Manage treasury activity, cash, and liquidity to support effective financial planning across the organisation.
• Develop and maintain financial plans that support informed decision-making.
• Prepare clear financial information for internal stakeholders.
• Review financial performance and highlight key trends for planning purposes.
• Work with the Accounting & Finance department to align treasury activity with wider plans.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for treasury and planning work.
• Improve financial planning processes to keep information clear and useful.

A successful Treasury Manager should have:

• Experience of Treasury operations, and financial planning.
• Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to interpret financial information.
• Experience of preparing financial plans, reports and forecasts.
• Confidence working with financial data and maintaining accurate records.
• The ability to explain financial information clearly to colleagues.
• Experience of working within an Treasury or Finance function

• Hybrid role working 2-3 days in the office.
• Permanent Treasury Manager opportunity based in the North West
• Salary of £65,000- £70,000 dependent on the level of experience.
