🚨 ASB Officer Opportunity | North West | Hybrid Working 🚨

I'm currently recruiting for an experienced ASB Officer to join a Local Authority in the North West on an initial contract basis.

📍 Location: North West (Hybrid)

📄 Contract: 3–6 Months Initially

💷 Rate: Negotiable

🚀 Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities: ✅ Managing a varied caseload of ASB cases from investigation through to resolution

✅ Conducting interviews, home visits, and evidence gathering

✅ Working closely with residents, police, legal teams, and partner agencies

✅ Preparing enforcement action and legal documentation where required

✅ Managing complex tenancy breaches, nuisance, harassment, and community safety issues

✅ Ensuring compliance with relevant housing and ASB legislation

Requirements: ✔ Previous experience in an ASB Officer, Community Safety, Neighbourhood Officer, or similar role

✔ Strong understanding of ASB legislation and housing enforcement procedures

✔ Experience managing complex casework independently

✔ Excellent communication, investigation, and report-writing skills

✔ Ability to build positive relationships with residents and external stakeholders
