Overview
Personal Assistant-Banks
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Personal Assistant to provide support to 12 year boy with Autism and complex health needs within his own home and within the local community.
Responsibilities- Support the client with fun and playful activities within the community.
- Partake and support the client with activities; he is usually very physically active but may at times be immobile and use a wheelchair, during which some personal care will be required.
- Support with fluids through a gastrostomy tube; full training will be provided.
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential, a positive attitude and good work ethic are essential.
- A driver with a full clean license is essential; mileage will be paid by the employer.
- Part time position for 4 hours per week term time plus 8 hours per week non term time.
- Hourly rate of £12.21 plus 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and workplace pension scheme.
