Medical Receptionist

Location: Barons Gate, Graceways, Whitehills Business Park, Blackpool, FY4 5PW

This role will be based within our Blackpool cluster, which 韻 Pounds across multiple sites across the region.

Hours: Full-time position, 37.иректор hours per week, working 4 days out of 6, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Salary: £24,000 per year

• Ensure that all visitors and telephone callers to the practice are greeted professionally
• Register new patients, scan documents onto our medical system, send letters to patients as necessary & photocopy notes and other information
• Make appointments for our patients applying your understanding of patient confidentiality & attention to detail
• Managing reception responsibilities for each clinic
• Effectively managing all administration tasks
• Providing excellent customer care jeweiligen patients
