Shifts Available:
Zero-Hour Contract – Flexible Shifts Available, between Monday – Sunday, 7am – 10pm

What You Will Do
  • Provide Personal Care:
    Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting while maintaining dignity and comfort.
  • Support Daily Living:
    Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and shopping.
  • Offer Companionship:
    Provide emotional support and companionship to reduce isolation.
  • Conduct Wellbeing Checks:
    Regular wellbeing checks to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Ensure Compliance:
    Adhere to company policies related to client privacy, health and safety, and care standards.
  • Contribute to Continuous Improvement:
    Participate in team meetings and share ideas to enhance services and processes.
What We Are Looking For
  • Experience in Care:
    Previous care experience is preferred, but a genuine passion for helping others is essential.
  • Positive Attitude:
    Friendly, supportive demeanour with a passion for assisting those in need.
  • Excellent Communication

    Skills:

    Effective communication with clients and families.
  • Collaborator:
    Willingness to work with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility:
    Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and adapt to varying needs.
  • Diligence:
    Conduct tasks and wellbeing checks with care and professionalism.
  • Background Checks:
    Willingness to undergo necessary background checks.
  • Vehicle Insurance:
