35 hours per week (Monday – Friday 9-5:30).

You will be working for a charitable organisation who put the needs of the 50 residents and its staff first, whose person-centred approach to care relies on the dedication and passion of our employees, who we expect to go the extra mile to improve the home experience and generate a relaxed and informal community within our homes.

Overview

· We are currently recruiting for an Activities Coordinator to join our team and to work within the Home to provide activity opportunities for our residents.

· You will be responsible for planning and running a programme of activities for the residents linked to assessed social needs identified in care plans.

· You will also be responsible for maintaining and promoting activities that older people enjoy and find stimulating.

· Your ability to design and facilitate group activities is essential
