Job Description | Salary £46,142 - £51,356, Per annum | Permanent, Full Time, 37 hours per week
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 09:00 – 17:00. On call cover is also required.

PurposeThe purpose of this job is to manage the development of quality and policy within Older Peoples Care Services. The post plays a key role in ensuring all services achieve appropriate standards and Care Quality Commission (CQC) ratings. This role will play a large part in supporting services in their quest for continuous improvement and help develop teams to provide high quality care.
Much of the role will be in services working directly with frontline staff and management teams.
- Manage the development of quality and policy within Older Peoples Care Services.
- Ensure all services achieve appropriate standards and Care Quality Commission (CQC) ratings.
- Support services in their quest for continuous improvement and help develop teams to provide high quality care.
- Work directly with frontline staff and management teams across services.
- Engage in large-scale change initiatives as part of the role.
- Minimum of two years middle management experience in a business-focused care organisation.
- Knowledge and experience of managing quality performance and staff development systems.
- Significant experience of and ability to manage large scale change.
