Clinical Specialist – Robotics & Orthopaedics

Overview

• As a Clinical Specialist, you will be a trusted clinical partner to orthopaedic surgeons, theatre teams, and hospital stakeholders, providing expert clinical and technical support during both conventional and robotic-assisted procedures.
• You will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption, implementation, and ongoing utilisation of the VELYS™ Robotic-Assisted Solution, helping customers optimise workflows, build confidence, and deliver exceptional patient care.

• Essential Clinical, healthcare, biomedical, sports science, nursing, physiotherapy, operating theatre, or related degree/background
• Experience working within orthopaedics, medical devices, healthcare technology, or clinical support environments
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals and key stakeholders
• High level of organisation and attention to detail
• Willingness to travel extensively and support surgical procedures within hospital environments
• Desirable Experience supporting robotic-assisted surgical technologies
• Orthopaedic theatre experience, particularly within knee reconstruction
• Medical device sales or account management exposure
• Experience delivering education and clinical training programmes
