Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Adults Social Worker to join the Older Adult Mental Health Team in Blackpool. You will assess, plan, and deliver person-centred care for older adults with mental health needs, coordinating with an integrated NHS MDT and multidisciplinary colleagues.
You will manage complex caseloads, apply Care Act and safeguarding frameworks, and ensure timely case recordings within a 37-hour week. This locum contract runs for 14 weeks at £30.66 per hour.
