Blackpool aims to recruit a qualified Social Worker for its Autism Team. The role involves completing statutory duties under the Care Act 2014 and delivering strengths-based, person-centred practice to autistic adults with complex needs.
You will manage a varied caseload, collaborate with carers, providers and partner agencies, and contribute to multi-agency work including transition planning from Children's Services. DBS checks and Right to Work in the UK are required.
