Home Care Worker

Flexible Hours | Zero-Hour Contract (7am-10pm, Mon-Sun)

Location Requirement:
Driver positions are available across the FY2 area. Walking rounds are available exclusively within the FY2 0EF
postcode area.

Your Role
  • Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
  • Assisting with daily tasks (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Carrying out wellbeing checks
  • Following care plans and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential)
  • Friendly, compassionate and reliable attitude
  • Good communication skills
  • Flexible approach to shifts, including weekends
  • Willingness to undergo background checks
  • Full UK driving licence & own vehicle required
  • Class 1 Business Insurance (or willing to obtain)
