Home Care Worker

Flexible Hours | Zero-Hour Contract (7am-10pm, Mon-Sun) | £125 Welcome Bonus | Weekly Pay

Your Role

As a Home Care Worker, you’ll support clients in their own homes by:

  • Delivering personal care with dignity and respect
  • Assisting with daily tasks (meals, medication reminders, housekeeping)
  • Providing companionship and emotional support
  • Carrying out wellbeing checks
  • Following care plans and company procedures
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous experience in care (preferred but not essential)
  • A caring and compassionate nature.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Work-related vehicle insurance, or willingness to obtain it.
  • Willingness to undergo relevant background checks.
  • Previous care experience is welcomed but not essential.
