We're looking for caring, compassionate and reliable female Home Care Workers to join our Home Care team supporting people across Blackpool (FY4) and surrounding areas.
Whether you're already working in care or looking for a rewarding new career, we'll give you the training, support and encouragement you need to succeed.
Important Information Before You ApplyTo be considered for this position, you must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have access to your own vehicle
- Be able to travel throughout the FY4 area and surrounding communities
- Be willing to obtain Class 1 Business Insurance if not already in place
- Be available to work weekends as part of a rolling rota
Due to the nature of the care provided, this role is open to female applicants only under the Equality Act 2010.

What Will You Be Doing?As a Home Care Worker, you'll support people in their own homes, helping them remain independent while maintaining their dignity, wellbeing and quality of life.
No two days are the same, but your role may include:
- Providing personal care with dignity, respect and compassion
- Supporting with washing, dressing and daily routines
- Assisting with meal preparation and nutrition
- Providing medication prompts and support in line with care plans
- Carrying out wellbeing and safety checks
- Supporting with light household tasks and maintaining a comfortable home environment
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Building positive and professional relationships with the people you support
- Promoting independence, choice and person-centred care
- Working as part of a supportive and dedicated care team
- Travelling between clients' homes across the Blackpool FY4 community
