you will have an understanding of the challenges the people we support deal with which means an empathic nature is of upmost importance – you will need bags of motivation and be able to keep going even on the more difficult days – the needs of our service users can be complex and you may face challenging behaviour but your determination and dedication to excellent care will make it feel easy – it is essential that you are able to communicate clearly and effectively with every individual providing reassurance and positivity.

this role is one of the most rewarding that you will be find, seeing the difference you have made to a persons life right before your eyes – the smallest things go a long way and you will be relied upon to continue with your endless support and guidance – From commencing in post, you will be supported in this position with an induction programme and mandatory training to complete.
