This is a 2:1 complex care package supporting one dedicated client in their own home.
- Term time: 7am-10am and 3pm-7pm
- Non-term time: 7am-7pm
The package involves clinical complex care, including PEG support, moving and handling, seizure management and rescue medication
. Full client-specific training and competency sign-off will be provided before you carry out specialist tasks.

About the Role
As a Female Complex Care Assistant
, you will work as part of a 2:1 care team supporting one client in their own home.
Your role will include:
- Personal care and support with daily routines
- Moving and handling, positioning and mobility support
- PEG care and nutritional support
- Medication support, including rescue medication where required
- Monitoring for and responding appropriately to seizures
- Emotional reassurance and person-centred support
- Supporting independence, dignity and choice
- Accurate care records and handovers
You'll ideally need at least 6 months of hands-on experience within a UK care setting or significant relevant experience.
We're looking for someone who is calm, reliable, observant and genuinely person-centred. Previous experience with moving and handling, seizure support or PEG care would be beneficial, although full specialist training will be provided.
You will only carry out specialist tasks once you have received the appropriate training and have been assessed as competent.
