Location:

Pay: £20.00 - £23.00 p/h (depending on experience)

3-6 months (with extension opportunities)
Looking for a role by the coast? We're seeking a reliable Recovery Coordinator to join a fast-paced service in Blackpool, helping clients navigate complex challenges and work towards long-term stability.
What you'll do:- Build supportive relationships and manage risk assessments for a dedicated caseload.
- Coordinate Opiate Substitution Therapy (OST) pathways, working hand-in-hand with prescribing clinicians.
- Educate service users on harm reduction, safe usage practices, and Naloxone availability.
- Facilitate Blood Borne Virus (BBV) screening, with a heavy emphasis on Hepatitis C testing and treatment linkage.
- Implement evidence-based alcohol therapies and structured psychosocial support.
- Coordinate multi-agency care plans to address wider social needs.
Background in substance misuse or related support work, an enhanced DBS, and Right to Work.
