- Hourly rate: £12.76 per hour
- Shift pattern: 8am-11am
- Contracted hours: 18 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
Join our dedicated team at Fleetwood Hall Care Home and help residents start their day with comfort, dignity and support.
We're looking for caring, compassionate individuals who enjoy making a positive difference and delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
What You'll Do- Support residents with getting up, washing, dressing and preparing for the day.
- Assist with breakfast, hydration and morning routines.
- Provide companionship and reassurance.
- Support residents with mobility and wellbeing.
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable and welcoming environment.
- Record and report any concerns relating to residents' wellbeing.
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver outstanding care.
- Previous care experience is desirable but not essential.
- Compassionate, reliable and committed to delivering excellent care.
- A strong team player with a positive attitude.
- Friendly, patient and respectful in your approach.
- Comfortable working early morning shifts.
- Keen to learn, develop and build a rewarding career in care.
