Ballynahinch A Large Residential Facility are on the hunt for a new Healthcare Assistant (HCA)! Perfect role for a Healthcare Assistant or aspiring Nurse wanting to join a lovely home and a dedicate team! Roles and responsibilities include:
Provide support with residents personal care needs and everyday living tasks. Assist residents during mealtimes and encourage participation in daily routines and activities. Uphold residents dignity, independence and personal choices while promoting their overall wellbeing. Develop trusting and respectful relationships with residents, their families and colleagues. Help maintain a safe, clean and comfortable environment for all residents. Work closely with colleagues and healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.
