Administrator (25 hours per week) Monday to Friday, 9:00am–2:00pm Manufacturing Business Unit

We specialise in transforming raw paper materials into high performance, finished products used across a wide range of sectors. We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrator to support our HR Manager in delivering exceptional people services across our manufacturing business unit.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised individual who enjoys working with people, processes, and systems within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Administration- Maintain up to date and accurate employee records in line with GDPR and company policy.
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract changes, and leavers.
- Maintain and update employee details on the HR/People Management System and within personnel files.
- Assist with maintaining HR databases and generating reports (e.g., sickness absence, turnover, compliance).
- Monitor annual leave, sickness absence, and other types of leave using HR systems.
- Organise Occupational Health referrals and manage scheduled reviews.
- Monitor and manage the HR inbox, responding to general enquiries in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate and compliant right to work records.
- Post job adverts on external job boards and internal platforms.
- Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies.
- Support pre employment checks, including right to work verification and reference requests.
- Experience in an administrative role is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
- Confident communicator with a proactive, customer focused approach.
- Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
