Anord Mardix in Blackburn/Kendal is seeking an HR Assistant to support the HR team with day‑to‑day people processes and admin tasks. You will help implement HR programs, assist recruitment activities, manage onboarding and performance cycles, and maintain HR records.
The role requires 6–12 months of HR/admin experience, strong organisational skills, and the ability to travel between sites as needed. Hybrid work arrangements are available and you must be eligible to work in the UK.
