Key Skills
- Hands-on experience with SAP Success Factors modules including – Performance, LMS, Compensation or Recruitment
- Proven experience working closely with clients to identify HR challenges, analyse requirements and deliver effective SAP Success Factors solutions.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to guide and support other Success Factors consultants.
- Knowledge of Success Factors integrations and data replication to SAP systems preferred.
